I just downloaded an app on my phone after my heart failure doctor recommended it. It is called Calm and it helps me clear my mind and relax. It also helps me sleep when I do it before bed. Mindfulness is another one.

Late reply to the question of stress, I have several remedies depending on what has caused the stress.
1) Walk away from the stress, find a quiet spot breath deeply and let the moment pass.
2) Find a quiet spot or private room, and swear scream and shout for a couple of minutes curse the problem to the heavens. When you stop for breath you will feel much better and will even have a chuckle at some of the things that you blurt out. Please make sure no one else can hear you.
3) Escape into a fantasy book, escapism is the secret to inner peace.
