I’ve got a diagnosis of atrial flutter, congestive heart failure, and unspecified cardiomyopathy. I had an abulation (sp) back in August. I’ve been doing well since then, until today. Gained 4.5 pounds over the weekend. Could this be all water retention?

Adding beets to your diet can help promote better heart health. Talk with your Dr and if you haven't yet try talking to a dietician about foods to help heart health.
Curcumin and garlic are also foods that can be added to help reduce inflammation and lower Blood pressure. Just ask your Dr first if your on anticoagulants and or BP meds.
