From latest research: a diet with more fruits and vegetables , less sugar, less processed meats, less dairy is beneficial. check cleveland clinic advise.

Hi..after I had a Stent put in ..(my second time) I was offered use of a dietician. I find her very helpful in helping me understand how to read food labels..explain the difference between good and bad fats ..and she also gives me heart healthy recipes and lots of useful info.
