Alex, I am not specifically aware of In person support groups Although IF there are any YNHH would be the Place and the "problem" with this now is the whole "COVID" thing which has really caused problems with IN person things.... AT risk of Sounding dumb, IS the migraine issue Caused by The WHole blood flow issue related to your coarctation history (do you know?) Do you wear glasses and or contacts ? (curious) I've never had a migraine thankfully but they certainly could be related to blood flow or lack of it etc... Living so close to YNHH there are so many Good Options for you to easily access !! I will go on they're web site and look around and see what They might or might not offer ( again due to covid restrictions) they used to do regular cardiac walks in various neighborhoods to promote getting heart folks walking and talking with Doctors and PA's and RN's in various locations they offered a couple of Tai chi like programs as well as other programs again before covid ..Not sure if many of these have been shelved for now or will begin again if things go well,,, or not I'll get back to you on that one Jim

As I suspected I'm seeing NO "programs" of any sort related to "above and beyond" typical care , I am well aware 2 or 3 weeks before christmas (2022) That the flu and Covid Issues are On quite High alert They do have a page suggesting wait times for The childrens wing, the ER at york st , "as well as Non Emergency care (PCP type stuff) that when i looked was roughly 1 1/2- 3 hours for each on that particular weekend... I would suggest you Go on YNHH's web page ( which includes ST Rays) and you'll have to keep an eye out for it Typically The have Birthing classes, Parenting classes, Nutritional classes, both for Hypertension as well as Diabetics , so You may eventually find something in tune ... Before the pandemic they had some Tai Chi elder flexibility and these sorts of things as well as other items as well
