I have type 2 IDDM, and then my A1c was 10.4%. I'm on Tresiba, Trulicity and Jardiance. Blood sugars are getting better. My sugars are normal now, and I am feeling horrible. I am shaky and confused and nauseated with fast heart rate and high blood pressure and hardly any appetite before meals for the last 2wks. I check my blood sugars, and they are NORMAL! I am on insulin 3 times a day lantus 24 hour coverage, novolog pig insulin lunch and dinner. I knowhen my sugar is dropping I feel yucky. Please contact your Dr for answers , i have type 2 diabetes for 25 years my A1c was at 7 . I go to the endocrinologist on Tuesday , hope it is still the same. God bless please get advice from your Dr he or she will give you the guidance you need. Diabetes is different for everyone. Take care Have a blessed day.
