Left bundle block is serious and can not be repaired. This is a progressive heart disease.
Shortness of breath, getting up to fast you get light headed, dizzy at times, chest pains and weakness. Just thought these were part of life. Dr prescribed a nuclear stress test a year ago and found my ejection fraction at 30 (HFrEF).
Currently on Entresto 105mg 2 x a day, and Matopopol, ejection fraction went up 40-45.
This will only go one way as time progresses.

Yes it also causes shortness of breath!
Follow your Dr recommendations!
I walk at least 3-4 miles everyday.

Life is still a song worth singing..... After my triple bypass I made some adjustments to my life. I quite my highly stressful and settled for something less stressful without any persisted stress where I determine the pace. I am totally out of the fast lane. Do the things I did not make time for like playing golf and gardening.
