I try to exercise before 1 pm, I get tired at 2. It's a big help and I'm getting stronger. Started w 17 minutes of walking.

Put one foot in front of the other and do it! For yourself! It will make you feel better mentally and help you heart. I have Afib, cardiomyopathy, pvc beats and one more non diagnosed problem because I don’t know how to describe what’s going on to the doc.
Try getting out of your chair every 15 minutes to walk around your home for 5. Every little bit helps!

I know how it is east to lose motivation. Did you ever think about working out with a friend? Sometimes I just need to talk to get things off my mind. Just think of one idea at a time. It is hard for me at times.

I cannot exercise because of CHRONIC PAIN --- So I recommend you do what you can! Your body will thank you for it
Going outside in nature is an excellent way to get grounded- I wish I could do MORE!! But with chronic pain I can't -- So my advice is do what you can-- Don't overdo it-- Try a schedule like Monday Wed Friday! -- No need to go crazy - Even cleaning your apt/ or house counts too!

Barb, I’m asking the same question, what’s it going to take to get me moving? Truly, by the time I do my daily chores, I have no energy or interest left. I get my work done in the morning, for whatever reason, because I keep my afternoons to do what I want to do, reading, crocheting, answering emails,,etc. I think I’m a lost cause at this age! Have a great day. I took a short ride through our local park this afternoon to enjoy the beautiful leaf colors, took some pictures which will never match nature’s true colors!
