Hydration!! If excercise is part of the normal routine... go early before the heat kicks in.

If it really starts to feel hot... wipe your forearms with cold(er) water. Arms (and legs) are Natures human thermometers, and they will cool you off (or if your cold, warm you up) easily.

Be safe. Stay well!!!

Don't skip your regular exercises, just adjust for the heat. Walk outdoors early in the morning or later in the evening. Visit an air-conditioned gym during the middle of the day.

I enjoy the heat of Florida... use common sense... do things early in the morning or after 7:30 PM. I make sure I get my 2 miles of walking in every day... stay hydrated... I drink Smart water... has electrolites... enjoy and stay positive... smile.. you be surprised what a smile will do ... :-)

Handoo, not sure if you'll see this anytime soon or ever, but AGING can be tough to deal with and we are left with two choices basically - 1) Give in to the reality of it and just fade on out of here, or 2) find someone to get some 'walking exercise' with - it can be very helpful to have company on a 'walk' however short it might start out to be - , and don't overdo it in the beginning or you could 'burnout' quickly... The recommendation here is a short walk after each meal, and be on the lookout for the opportunity to get some 'company' while you do that... Stop back here to let us know how you're doing with it... - Bless...
