I agree you can keep a record and sometimes find certain things set it off, in my case chocolate, decaf tea or coffee, eating to much at one time, and cold air, also if I don't get enough sleep

I Have Afib/Aflutter, Heart Liked To Stop And Start. I Have A Pacemkerand Watchman. Had An Ablation. Heart Liked To Stop And Start. .

Several times a night I wake up feeling like I am 'QUAKING" . Is this Afib/Aflutter? It lasts from a few seconds to a couple minutes. Per the nurse I cut out caffeine but it hasn't helped. If anything it is worse. I also have congestive heart failure. I take Plavix.
