I've been on blood thiners since a stent for 80% blockage in August of 2021. Have no issues or interactions with the other 12 prescription drugs. If that heavy dose of a statin keeps my other blockages from growing I'm a happy camper.

I don't understand my fear of blood thinners . . .I've taken all the other pills without complaint but, I balked at Eliquis. I have a meeting scheduled next Friday with a pharmacist to discuss pill interaction and blood thinners. Other than that I'm feeling good . .. blood pressure ok, no cramping in my chest for the first time in many years. Life is good. Fatigue is irritating.

I've been on a blood thinner since I was stented for an 80% blockage. For a few months on Birlenta than asked for a cheaper alternative as it was well over $100 per month. Now on generic Plavic. I have not had any major issues, just a few unexpected bruises

I'd like to have information from those members that take a blood thinner and have had the side effects.
