Is Olive Oil good for you or is it from the devil
Avocados are healthy and you should eat 1 a day.
If you glance at an avocado at the store it will literally come over and kick your ass....
Bacon is safe. Bacon will make your heart explode.
LDL needs to be low.
no wait, LDL can be high IF your HDL is high.

I have decided to go with a mostly Mediterranean diet and then have my lipid panel done again in a few months.

Hopefully it will reflect well! The food choices are easy, that is for sure.

Was torn back and forth a LOT over the 'Wheat Belly' book, but in the end there was more to point to the fact that it just does not make sense to me combined with a lot of hard data saying that his conclusions are simply wrong. So avoiding simple carbs, added sugar and reducing meat. But incorporating some quality grains.
