I have swollen upper thighs and stomach area. Mine is very uncomfortable too. Mine is due to water retention. Call your cardiologist and see if they want you to limit your fluid intake. I pray that you feel better soon.

I was swollen too in stomach area with fluid retention. I was drinking way too much water, 90 oz or more per day as I hydrate to avoid kidney stones which I make lake they are going out of style!

I’m on 20mg of Lasix and down to drinking 30-60 oz of water. I walk briskly and do the stair stepper every day and seriously monitor my salt. Swelling has gone away.

Sounds like you have congestive HF. Have you spoken with your Doctor about this? Lasix may help.

I wish I had an answer as well. I eat a lot of carbs (300) and drink a lot of water (3 liters) being on a Vegan diet. I take Chlorthalidone (thiazide diuretic) and still have the bloating. I was diagnosed with Paroxysmal AFIB. No swelling in the lower extremities. My blood pressure averages 115/64 with two readings daily. I do have Bradycardia with resting heart rate in the 52-57 range.
