Has anyone read the China Study ? You can see a summary on Wikipedia. Any advice on changing diet to support weight loss and healthy eating? My wife is too good of a cook and it’s hard not to eat her tasty Sichuan Chinese cooking. I lost 35 pounds but gained it back after covid got me working at home. I’m beginning to exercise more using an Apple Watch and trying to close my rings.
