Covid Vaccine.
A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member asked a question 💭

I'm soon schedule to have Covid vaccine, I was being impatient to have it, now that it is my turn, I feel somewhat worried. Has any with heart issues, such as HF, CAD, low ef, etc had the vaccine and did you have side effects, got to have it though.

The vaccine has nothing to do with your heart at all, it will protect you from COVID and no inter action with anything else.

I have had the first one and will get the second next week. No side effects from the first, but do expect some from the second. A day or two of discomfort is well worth a few days of not feeling well. I have CHF, CAD and a low EF if 25. I will take any help I can get in this battle to stay ahead of the game. Good luck and God bless.
