I am having a hard time walking.My legs feel so heavy and sometimes my arms.Is this normal?

Maybe you lack circulation. I take vitamin E for my circulation.

Darling do you have any water retention? That sometimes make you feel heavy! Before I was Diagnosed with Chf, shortness of breath and water retention in my legs was a challenge! I'm sending Prayers up for you!πŸ™β™₯οΈπŸ™
