I had lots of pain when both of my knees were replaced. I'm allergic to all pain pills. I only took Tylenol and suffered a lot. On the leg exercise machine 21 days, four hours a day. I suffered a lot but kept up the routine. Good luck. My knees are working good now. Sometimes a loud pop can be heard on standing up.

Mark my Cardiologist told me to only take Tylenol for any pain, 500mg if needed! You might want to check with your Dr! Praying for you always! 🙏♥️🙏
