I had chest pain sec. Night in a row. With notice my heart rate was low three days before. Went go er and two nights in hospital but didn't find any thing. But heart rate would drop to 46 in er. Just worried. See about two years ago ran out of energy couldn't wake up. Blood sugar levels were good. And no one said why
might follow up with a cardiologist or get your pcp to order a holtor monitor. are you eating a good diet with lots of dark colored veggies? Getting dehydrated can really zap your energy since your heart is a muscle, it's affected also. I'm not a doctor, but what you describe reminded me of how my husband was when he really was dehydrated seriously.

i have numb fingers sometimes at night have night sweats for yrs it just is a slow heart rate is ok did you ask the doctor?
