What Do I Do Next? Is This My New Normal ?

I have CAD, familar hyper cholesterolemia, had a ×5 pypass in 2013, then a pacemaker 2 wires in 2018, so fatigued. I have site pain allways, what do I do next? Is this my new normal? I can not tolerate meds.
