Start off with just body motion. Go on YouTube and follow a Tai Chi tutorial. I did this for months before I attempted any type of exercise. It conditioned my muscles and balance. Then I started walking everyday day, increasing my time and distance slowly. These two worked wonders on my blood pressure and stress. I recently progressed to very mild resistance weight training using the bands. As my body gets more efficient it’s less taxing on the heart. I have a 17% EF so slow and steady is the pace. Also a good diet and sleep.
