have you been on Warfarin for a long time? There's a school of thought where you take the Warfarin only temporarily before taking Eliquis; because the effects of Warfarin can be reversed can Once you've reached the proper level of anticoagulation on the Warfarin, you switch over to Eliquis which is easier on your system.

I’ve been on anticoagulants since 1980...recently switched from 30 years on Coumadin to now on Jantoven and have had no stomach issues, I’d suggest speaking with Pharmacist .

Thanks for that. Next time I go to my doctors/cardiologist, I will mention that. I have been taking anticoagulants since 2012. They have been changed three times and I have told them about the tummy problems but they don’t seem to think it is important as my heart condition is stable. It is important to me as it is impacting on my life, and, more importantly, my life. 😘
