I am living alone in Oman with a stent in the heart since 2 years, I am from India ....but I have to work and live away here in Oman ....I get angina when I have stress at work place..... I am an English language lecturer....aty times I am too worried ...any suggestions

Was your heart attack from plaque build up or SCAD where there is a tear in your artery?
Many young (mostly women) are having SCAD heart attacks, they are rare but people are finally starting to learn more about them. I had a SCAD heart attack in January, second and third one in February.

My niece had her first heart attack at 24, triple bypass before 30, then onto pace maker and defibulator before the age of 30

I was 32 last year when i had my heart attack. No bypass yet they put a stent in and said eventually I'll have to have bypass surgery
