No, I use a Tens Unit most of the time for back pain. Exercises have rally helped a lot, but I have also found that back pain often is tied to poor digestion, and stool softeners at night make things go easier. Peristalsis gets slow with lack of exercise and diet, and needs help. Probiotics and Prebiotic help in keeping the bad bacteria under control. We forget that it all works together. Digestive enzymes with each meal are really important as we get older. Stay well, it is important.

Not me but a friend has taken it for back pain with great successadness. She had no heart issues
