I am 58 and on beta blockers and seem to have a hard time getting up the rehab center told me mine should be anywhere from 91 to 117 or higher 9i am confused

Everybody is diferent, my cardio told me to take my heart rate before excersise, and stop when it is 40 higher. But I would still check.

you have heart failure, so its different I guess for the people that do not have it!! the exercise and the rehab program would be different even heart rate etc!!

Gracie I know what you said abut medical doctor I thought maybe one of you guys would know how to find it out without having to make appointment to find out that is all i know its something to do with taking age and subtracting it from a number thanks Gracie
