I guess this is where cardiac rehab and prevention come into play. Genetics aside, a healthy diet, and lifestyle should prevent a repeat cardiac event. God luck to all ofus๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š

imeant to ask what are your chances of having another heart attack after mild heart attack and stent while I am on meds still for the first one!!

It is meant to spare us from a heart attack or stroke, or improve our chances. I'm sure there is a study somewhere, but IDK where. Dr. may know. Last studies on heart failure were 2005. You would need to visit a teaching hospital library or a large library where you can google actual papers written by physicians who have studied such things. Not sure it exists. Not sure i want to know. lol.
