My husband had 6 way bypass about 10 years ago and recovered quickly. Best of luck to you. Be positive!!
Had quadruple in 2014 .In Hospital 6days..Had terrible cough after as one lung had fluid in had to hug cushion a lot..Felt well enough to go climbing in France in 2015 still keeping well.Try to do my 10000 steps twice or thrice a week and cycle a fair bit..Think e v en a small walk every day helps..Stress is the negative one ,be good to yourself .I try to stay away from conflict .Its the start of a new beginning for you .love yourself and take care, all the best...
I had quintuple bypass in November of 2006 ( I am now 11 years old ) . My recovery took about 1 1/2 years am not saying that it was normal or abnormal as everyone recovers at a different pace. I would like to offer you this advice that I was given it is you may feel a hundred times better than before, but take it slow and allow your body to heal. What I mean by that I am 11years old, is that was the I was given my second chance at life.
