B12 is age related (so I am told). My levels were borderline just in the normal zone so no problems. In the UK there has been a big drive in giving B12 injections to people with low levels (mainly pensioners) but the absorbtion rates are not that great and some are questioning their worth.

I was taking supplements of B12 for energy and my blood count was 10,000 yep ten thousand. Needless to say both My oncologist and cardiologist were not happy about me taking vitamins without permission. I stopped and blood count went back to normal levels. Some have issues with this stuff sticking to the blood apparently I am one of them. Hope you are well - sending well wishes your way!

I don't ..the only thing they will let me take is potassium but even that I can only take once a week. I was taking the potassium with each lasix, like suggested, and ended up hyperkalemia.
