@A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member For me, I need lots of rest, not overdue things, and keep positive. It does not take the fatigue away, but helps!
I work a full time job and a part time job, Iām a wife, mother , and grandmother and we own rental properties so Iām always on the go. My number one rule thou is that when Iām tired I stop. Reguardless of what needs done rest always comes first.
Robin heart disease also plays on the mind as do other serious disorders . Using terms such as self pity is disingenuous and the sort of language that helps nobody. People feel things differently and behaviours can change. It's commendable you are looking after your mum however a little bit of compassion to others isn't difficult and costs nothing.
