I would think the blood thinners help me the most...keep my blood circulating without so much stress on my heart...really think it is hard to say that one treatment has helped more than another..It is a regimen of them all. Heart meds, blood thinners and lifestyle changes.

Use meds exactly ad prescribed. If you want to add other nutrients etc, discuss with specialist first.
