Angioplasty And Tender Wrist
A MyHeartDiseaseTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hi I am new here. I had angioplasty and stent on Tuesday and my wrist is extremely bruised. It is very tender around the entry site, measuring about an inch in size and is slightly hard and tender. It is only slightly raised in that area. (5 days after angioplasty). Does this sound OK?

My procedure was a little more than a month ago. It took about 3 weeks before all the bruising cleared up but arm is still somewhat tender.
