or ask you pharmacist if any of your other meds have insomnia as a side effect.

I would suggest talking it over with your GP..I sometimes take over the counter Melatonine which is a natural sleeping aid. I always ask my Pharmacist about my prescriptions and on over counter drugs.

Ask your doctor as I have to take trazadone and have used Benadryl and Melatonin in the past. check under treatments or resources. that may help. but nothing to stimulate you like chocolate, try warm mild, nothing with caffeine in it. No exercise 3 hours before going to bed keep a sleep record to see how you do or don't sleep. I have to do that and I can see a pattern sometimes especially when I get upset. 3 hugs. Sorry I didn't see you post or would have answer it sooner.
