It is a combination of 2 diuretics which helps your kidneys to remove excess fluid and salt. You should take it with food. It helps lower blood pressure so it can make you feel dizzy. You can google it yourself and talk to your pharmacist and/or Dr. about any foods you need to watch out for or interactions with other medications you are taking, etc. Take care. Happy Sunday.
